The Tree-line of the Darling River is so close that you can wake-up to the distant sound of the Kookaburra's in the morning. A Family of 5 friendly magpies are always around waiting for someone to hand-feed them. This area of the River has good water level with nice safe Boat Ramp & little Fishing Jetty. You can follow the Darling through to the Murray River Junction in approx half an hour by speed-boat.

The area is very vast & open, with grey soil, typical of River-Flats. A good sealed road runs right to the front gate of the property with a gravel road from within the boundary to the carport. Town Power & Water Services connected with a Sand Filter at the Cottage.
