We have three well equipped and spacious guest rooms, cocktail bar, patio, pool, barbecue areas, dining room, lounge, covered parking and horse paddock. All graciously encased in 10 acres of privately owned countryside.

Guest Rooms

Each guest room is tastefully furnished and en suite. All rooms have their own entrance leading to the pool and courtyard area. Each is fitted with double patio doors, double beds with soft down quilts and tea and coffee making facilities.

In addition, each room has its own en suite bathroom with shower, basic toiletries, hair dryer, heated hair curls, bath robes and a selection of towels.

Our rooms also have fitted wardrobes, ceiling fan, heater, stereo system, iron and ironing board, alarm clock and tea and coffee making facilities. Each room is also graced with fresh fruit and flowers on guests' arrival.

Choose between the Armstrong Suite (equipped with a King size bed) and the Medley and Holmes suites (both equipped with Queen size beds).

Catering

Fine cuisine and gourmet food is a key feature of Pindari House Bed and Breakfast. From the complimentary Champagne and cheese platter on arrival to the optional three course gourmet dinner, care of the guest is important to Pindari's attentive staff...

Enjoy a complimentary glass of champagne and a small cheese platter on arrival, followed by an optional tour of the property and a glass of Port and hand made chocolates before bed.

The full gourmet English breakfast is served at a time to suit guests and can be enjoyed in the formal dining room or al fresco in the Pool and Patio area.

Guests may wish to enjoy a picnic basket during their touring of the Hunter Valley region, and this can be provided with 24 hours notice.

Other options include lunch or a three course gourmet dinner in the candle lit dining room or poolside with burning torches and candles. A very large gas powered poolside barbecue is also available where guests can bring their own provisions or ask Pindari's staff to provide (24 hours notice is necessary).

Pool and Patio

Pindari's secluded courtyard features a large swimming pool, very large gas fired Barbecue, large fine hardwood table, chairs, recliners and pool bar. This is graciously enhanced with tall palm trees and colorful and sweet smelling shrubbery and flower borders.

Enjoy these beautiful and restful surroundings at any time, and in the warm and romantic glow of burning torches and candles during the evenings. Poolside towels are provided.

The Surrounds

The grounds of Pindari House are home to many forms of wildlife. You may see Kangaroos, Koala Bears and lizards. There is a wide variety of resident wild birds including Willy Wag Tails, Australian Magpies (which can be hand fed), Fairy Wrens, Glossy Ibis, Crested Pigeons, Sculpture-crested Cockatoos, Galahs, Musk Lorikeets, Australian King Parrots and Crimson Rosellas.

And during your stay you will be surrounded by a wide variety of native flowers, plants, trees and shrubbery including large Spotted Gum trees, Narrow Ironbarks, various colours of Fringed Wattles, Fir trees, Lillyphilly, various coloured Roses and Apple, Orange, Lemon and Grapefruit trees. Various colours of Bougainvillea, Grevilleas, Lavender, Bromeliads, Epiphyllum, Hibiscus, Gaillardia, Madagascar Periwinkle, Gardenias, Solanum Jasminoides, Jacaranda trees and four very large pink and purple Forest Lily bushes, not to mention the giant blooming Cactus.

Pindari House caters exclusively for Adults.

Dogs are also welcome guests as long as they can get along with the friendly resident Rhodesian Ridgeback. Horses also have the benefit of a fully enclosed large paddock.
