95 Annetts Parade, Mossy Point  is an eleven-year-old house that can accommodate a family of up to seven people in three bedrooms. Groups are not accepted.

The main floor has broken views of Candlagan Creek and the ocean. This floor has two bedrooms (one with an en-suite bathroom), kitchen, lounge-dining room, laundry, separate full bathroom with bath, and a spacious tiled balcony with a glass safety-railing. The bedrooms are carpeted, have Queen-size beds with electric blankets and doonas with covers, built-in wardrobes with sliding mirror doors, bedside tables, reading lamps and a chair. All other rooms are tiled.

The kitchen has a Meile dishwasher, Meile fan-forced oven, Smeg hotplates, Panasonic Inverter 1100w microwave oven, a Simpson no-frost refrigerator, toaster, electric frypan, and a full range of kitchen gear (pots, pans, crockery and cutlery). The laundry has a Simpson washing machine and tub.

The lounge-dining room has art works, pine table, chairs and benches, two 2-seater lounges, coffee table, two chiffoniers, Phillips LCD HD TV + HD digital hard drive + VCR + CD player + radio, slow combustion stove, IXL fan heater, telephone*, iron and board.

The balcony has a table and six chairs for outdoors entertainment and is adjacent to a paved wood barbecue area and rock garden. There is a supply of wood.

An internal spiral staircase connects the main floor to the top floor. The top floor is the third bedroom and contains three single beds with doonas and covers (all have spring mattresses and electric blankets), a trundle bed, two cupboards, four bedside tables and lamps, a chair, a chest of drawers and Vulcan electric heater. It has direct views of the ocean and Candlagan Creek.

All you need to bring is linen (sheets and pillowcases for two Queen-size and four single-size beds, towels, bath mats and tea towels).

The house is kept very clean and cleaning is included in the price.

A 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking. Unless advised otherwise, the balance is required one month before your holiday. This allows time to post keys and avoid any errors.
