Kids Academy of Surf

KAOS is a program of SEA Australia for beginners and experienced surfers. KAOS also compliments the Surf Educate Australia school programs

Kids surfing and body surfing lessons using the southern corner of Manly Beach to teach skills in a safe environment with easy access to the surf break. These lessons will enable kids to handle the surf & ocean in most conditions, and understand surf safety. Instructed by elite surf competitors, this program is a perfect platform for the advancement of surfing. Parents can also join in to make it a family affair

Available for kids 6 -16 years and parents. For family members under 6 or over 16 please contact us to arrange a private lesson.

Why use KAOS?

We operate within the safest area of Manly Beach, in close proximity to the swimming area, Surf Lifesaving Club and lifeguard service Smaller foam surf boards with handles for added security - easy to manouver and handle in the surf

Access to Shelly Beach and Cabbage Tree Bay -  stunning flat water marine reserve used to assist with paddling skills and as backup when the surf is dangerous

We educate over 40,000 children in the surf each year

KAOS headquarters is in the ‘Manly Lifesaving Club’ which is one of the most famous sporting clubs in Australia
