Green Gourmet creates food that is 100% vegetarian. We do not use meat or meat-derived products, nor do we use onion or garlic in our cooking. We have been serving chinese vegetarian fare since 1997 in the heart of Newtown, winning over stomachs and minds of many dedicated meat-eaters. With over 110 items on this Vegetarian menu, who says vegetarian is boring?

Come and try our creative dishes including: Kumera Purse (a crispy vegetable filled dumpling made from sweet potato pastry); Shangtung not_chicken (spicy, tangy braise of wheat gluten mock chicken); Lingzhi Claypot (succulent saucer-sized lingzhi mushrooms braised in a claypot); Home-made Soya Ice-cream in many flavours including green tea, taro, strawberry.
